Principal Steve Snyder is best known for his work in class action employment discrimination cases, but he has also handled and tried a spectrum of other business law cases, including contract disputes, enforcement or defense against noncompetition covenants, trade secret lawsuits, breach of warranty and other commercial sales disputes, claims for lost profits, mechanic’s lien enforcements and defenses, environmental issues, antitrust claims, private security issues, condemnation proceedings, and others. Principal Brent Snyder has also tried cases, including to a jury, and represents companies and individuals with contract disputes, employment law matters, real estate issues, and mechanic's lien disputes.

Snyder & Snyder acts as lead counsel in lawsuits. It also serves as co–counsel representing individual plaintiffs or defendants or as local Minnesota counsel for out–of–state law firms.
